Born in Tel Aviv in 1940

Her father arrived as an illegal immigrant (in 1939) from Germany after spending 5 months in horrible conditions on a boat with 700 other people. They were never allowed on shore by the British until they stranded the boat near Ashkelon, making it impossible to be sent away again. On this boat as a 17 year old boy, he helped a woman deliver a baby girl. Fast forward 50 years later… Judith is courted by a much younger man whom she eventually married. One day they discover he is the son of this baby girl…
